Position Summary

BGI is seeking F-16 instructor pilot (IP) with expertise in all aspects of F-16 employment and training.  IP will be supporting a Contractor Aircrew Training/Courseware Development contract at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Florida.

Job Responsibilities:

• Academic instruction in the classroom, Mission Tactics Trainer, and associated aircrew training devices
• Acts as subject matter expert in the development of instructor and student guides, syllabi, and scenario mission development
• Conduct classroom and simulator training for a programmed flying training course of instruction
• Perform subject matter expert duties for the development of various different instructional media

REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess and maintain a current Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance and must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance
• Previous fighter experience as in instructor pilot (IP) or instructor Weapons System
• Officer (WSO) with an AFSC “K” prefix in the A-10, F-15, F-16, F-22 or F-35 aircraft
• A minimum of 500 hours in the aircraft listed above
• Must have been qualified in an aircraft listed above within the preceding four years or qualified as a contract instructor within the preceding two years
• Prior experience as an F-16 Instructor Pilot, Weapons School or Test Pilot graduate highly desired
