Job Description
Ohio Air National Guard Combat Mission Ready C-130H2 Pilot.
The 164th Airlift Squadron will hold a UPT Hiring Board on the weekend of 11-12 July 2015 to select 1 primary and 1 alternate UPT applicant. Cover Letter stating intent, Announcement Number, Position Title, and Resume
Air Force Form 24 (handwritten black ink acceptable)
Letters of Recommendation (3 minimum)
Applicant Picture (color)
Certified College Transcripts
Air Force Officer Qualifying Test (AFOQT) Scores
Pilot Candidate Selection Method (PCSM) Scores
Test of Basic Aviation Skills (TBAS)
FAA Pilot License (if applicable)
Current FAA Physical (if applicable)
Last 3 EPRs/OPRs (applicable Military Only)
Current RIP (Report of Individual Personnel) (applicable Military Only)
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must possess a Bachelor Degree or higher by 1 Oct 2015
2. Must be under 30 years of age prior to start date of Undergraduate Pilot Training Course (FY16)
3. Meet all physical standards (or medically acceptable with a waiver) as specified in AFI 48-123 Medical Examination and Standards for Pilot, Combat Systems Officer (CSO) and Air Battle Manager (ABM) Training.
Evaluation will be based on the information provided and meeting a Pilot Trainee Review Board currently scheduled on 11-12 July 2015 at the 179th Airlift Wing. Applicants chosen to interview will be notified in mid-June to allow time to coordinate travel arrangements to meet the July board. The interview process will span both days.
