Overview
This Task Order supports Combat Air Forces (CAF) Command and Control, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) and Rescue squadrons in locations in Air Combat Command (ACC), USINDOPACOM and USEUCOM locations. C2ISR and Rescue Squadron Operations Support consist of seven major areas each with multiple tasks and subtasks. We support assigned active duty aircrew to fulfill requirements for achieving/maintaining aircraft mission qualification in their assigned weapon system by providing the expertise. The objective of this task order is to provide in-garrison active C2ISR and Rescue squadrons with functional support for typical additional duties assigned to squadron personnel, such as Scheduling, Non-Aviation Programs & Readiness, Training, Mobility, Stan/Eval, Information System Security Officer, and support for EFB managers.
Basic Duties
Assist the Information System Security Managers (ISSM) in meeting their duties and responsibilities. The ISSO will require access to and will assist in managing communications security (COMSEC), restricted data, formerly restricted data, FOUO, SIPRNET, NIPRNET, JWICS, STE, and VoSip.
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of all DoD IS and Platform Information Technology (PIT) system cybersecurity policies and procedures, as defined by cybersecurity-related documentation
Ensure that all users have the requisite security clearances and access authorization and are aware of their cybersecurity responsibilities for DoD IS and PIT systems under their purview before being granted access to those systems.
In coordination with the ISSM, initiate protective or corrective measures when a cybersecurity incident or vulnerability is discovered and ensure that a process is in place for authorized users to report all cybersecurity- related events and potential threats and vulnerabilities to the ISSO.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education/Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a squadron-level or higher Information System Security Office
Other Requirements
Must pass drug testing
U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED. Must be able to attain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance
Required travel with notice or on short notice
