Job Description
| 1. PE Coated Corrugated aluminum composite panel’s Describe Corrugated Composite plate: it is a kind of composite aluminum sheet manufactured by using aluminum sheet as its front sheet and corrugated core as its core material, by selecting back sheet(or non-composite back sheet) in accordance with an application environment and the requirements of the plate, and by adopting composite aluminum plate production technology, with such features as a wide plate surface, good flatness, small falling deviation size and so on. 2.PE Coated Corrugated honeycomb panel’s Standard Sizes Panel thickness: 4mm, 6mm, 8mm Standard sizes:1220*2440 The length is optional. 3.Raw Material. The material of aluminum corrugated sheet is AA3003H16-18, with its front panel thickness of 0.8-1.0mm, rear panel thickness of 0.4-0.5mm(the same as aluminum cellular-sheet). Its core sheet is AA1001H16-18 as its material, with the thickness of 0.2mm(the cellular-sheet core sheet thickness is 0.6-0.7mm),with the water ripple shape. The bonding surface between the front panel and rear panel is arc-shaped, increasing its cohesive strength (higher than that of cellular sheet) 4.PE Coated Corrugated honeycomb panel’s Property a. Smooth surface, not liable to deformation even in large sizes; Fluorocarbon roller coating, uniform surface lacquer, easy for cleaning; b. Abundant colors (stone imitated color are available: c. light weight , high peeling strength and excellent weathering resistance d.
