Job Description

Correspond to CJJ-T192-2012 and JGT 406-2013, we produce all size of high durability, corrosion-resistant, high strength GFRP Rebar for tunnel construction and rail transit. We specialize in the production of GFRP for tunnel construction and rail transit and obtain the unanimously approved of client. And the GFRP product meet the international safety standard ( including CJJ-T192-2012 and JGT 406-2013). The product can be used for replacing the steel rebar as it get the advantage as composite material and gain the good appraisement by the customer.
1.Our Advantages
(1)High Tensile Strength: The load is approximately double that of a steel bar with the same diameter;
(2)High Corrosion Resistance: The base materials used by the bolt are durable materials, and they are molded through the composite process. The life span is up to 100 years. They can be used as permanent support materials;
(3)Non-flammable: It is non-flammable and has high thermal isolation;
(4)Low Weight: The weight is only 1/4 that of a steel bar with the same diameter. Therefore, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, and the transportation cost is reduced at the same time;
