The 162d Operations Group, 162d Wing is seeking current F-16 fighter pilots who are interested in full-time technician (GS-13) positions. Recent IP new hires have received as high as a 25% recruitment incentive with an advanced in-hire rate of step 6.

We are a large wing (3 F-16 Fighter Squadrons w/ 80 aircraft, ACA DET, and, RPA Group). We have limitless opportunities and are expecting an increase to our AGR force in FY19.
