Traditional Guardsmen HC-130J Rescue Pilot
Job Description
The 130th Rescue Squadron will be conducting a non-rated pilot board for the HC-130J Combat King II aircraft. The position is for a part-time, “traditional” guardsman. We will conduct interviews the morning of Thursday, August 12, 2021.
The primary mission of the 130th RQS is Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) which involves NVG low-level operations, helicopter air refueling, along with airdrops of Pararescue Jumpers and their equipment. The unit participates in AEF rotations and does deploy overseas. We are based at Moffett Air National Guard Base in the heart of Silicon Valley.
