Full-Time KING AIR 300/350 Second-In-Command (Co-Pilot) for OCONUS Rotation Work in Southwest Asia and the Middle East

Job Description

Avenge, Inc. is seeking experienced pilots to fly as Second-In-Command (Co-Pilot) in King Air
300/350 aircraft for its OCONUS flight operations.

Standard rotations are approximately 60 days on with approximately 60 days off. Candidates
must meet our high standard of excellence for safety, piloting skills, crew resource management
skills, and customer relations. Because living and working conditions are austere, candidates
must have strong professional interpersonal skills and team player attitude to further the success
of the effort. Please note: all SIC new-hires will attend an ISR Pilot Qualification Course (PQC)
unless waived by the Avenge Director of Aviation Operations. Acceptance of the position
requires an 18-month commitment to fly for Avenge after completion of the PQC.
18 Month Commitment from Primary ISR Aircraft and ISR PQC Training End Date
Unless the SIC candidate has superior qualifications, as determined by the Aviation Operations
Department, the SIC candidate will be required to attend an 10-12 week orientation and intensive
ISR and King Air 300/350 training course. We have designed a proprietary Intelligence,
Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Pilot Qualification Course (ISR PQC). This training will
provide an SIC type rating. Upon completion of this training, you will have an 18 month
commitment to actively fly OCONUS rotations for us. You are expected to go on your first
OCONUS rotation soon after completing this training. First OCONUS rotations are 90 days.
Thereafter, you will be scheduled for regular rotations of approximately 60 days at the OCONUS
work site, 60 days off for rest and relaxation. For those candidates with superior SIC
qualifications, only initial or recurrent training will be required.

Job Responsibilities
Operate aircraft in accordance with applicable regulations, and program/corporate policies and
procedures. Emphasize flight crewmembers safety and customer service. Must have professional
communications skills for complex internal and external aircraft communications. Must note and
communicate aircraft deficiencies for maintenance review and correction. Perform flights in day,
night, and all weather conditions. Must be willing to serve an additional duty as a Safety Official,
Maintenance Pilot or Instructor Pilot.

Qualifications
 Must be at least 21 years of age
 Must be a US Citizen
 Must possess a current passport
 Must possess a valid state drivers license
 Must read, write, speak and understand English
Must possess an FAA Class II Medical Certificate
 Must possess an active security clearance at the SECRET level, or higher
 Must hold at least a Commercial Fixed-Wing Multi-engine pilot license with an
Instrument rating

Minimum Flight Experience
 Must have at least:
o 500 hours fixed-wing or tilt-rotor PIC time
o 500 hours turbine time
o 500 hours of multi-engine time (Turboprop preferred, non-centerline thrust
Turboprop, Turbofan, Turbojet, or High-Performance reciprocating engine are
acceptable)

Preferred Qualifications
 1000 hours of PIC time
 300 hours PIC time in King Air 300/350 or similar multi-engine, turboprop aircraft
 Proline 21 or similar glass cockpit experience
 Former US Military, Customs, DEA Pilot
 US Military Standardization Instructor Pilot, Instructor Pilot, Maintenance Pilot
 Prior OCONUS rotation experience, particularly in current area of operation
 Active Security clearance at Top Secret level

Note:
Avenge operates a variety of platforms and our staffing needs for each platform fluctuates. Our
strong preference is to find volunteers when reassignments are needed, but this method may not
always be sufficient. If you apply for a position to operate one platform, we may ask you to
volunteer or we may request you to fly another platform. We would provide as much advance
notice as possible, however, Avenge retains the ultimate right to assign any employee pilot into
any platform at any time.

Individual Readiness and Deployment Operation (IRDO) Requirement
New hired rotating OCONUS employees are required by the program contract to attend IRDO
for a series of training events and medical reviews. Continuing employment will be contingent in
part upon the ability of a new hired employee to complete the training events and to complete the
medical reviews/requirements of IRDO and receive IRDO approval to rotate into our OCONUS
area of operation.
