How to Apply
The 187th Airlift Squadron will be hosting a UPT hiring board on March 4th and 5th. We will be accepting applications until February 15th and will notify applicants chosen for an interview on February 19th. The interview process may have to be done remotely depending on the COVID-19 situation.
This position is for a Non Prior Rated Drill Status Guardsman Pilot. Applicants do not have to be currently serving in any Armed Forces Branch. In other words this is open to off the street applications as well as prior service. Currently we are not looking for prior rated pilots.

Please prepare you packet in one single PDF document and email it to 187pilothiring@gmail.com as well as 153.aw.fss.org@us.af.mil. The document should be titled LASTNAME_187thPilotBoard2021. Even if you have previously been in contact the 187th you must still submit your packet to the above emails.

-Resumé
-Current RIPs if prior or currently serving or the equivalent from a different armed service
-Current report of Individual Fitness if currently serving
-AFOQT and PCSM Score
-Last page of your Pilot Log Book with Total Times
-College Transcripts
-Letters of Recommendation
Currently we are not doing squadron visits because of COVID-19. We will be doing virtual visits and will share details for this once we have received your packet. If the situation changes and we are able to do in person visits we will reach out and let applicants know.
