Position Summary

• As a member of BGI’s team you will directly support our MQ-1C Simulation & Training contract in DFW, Texas. In support of this effort, BGI requires highly skilled personnel who will support discussions and analysis of Maintenance Training needs and the effectiveness of potential solutions. Personnel will work hand-in-hand with engineers and instructional design personnel in order to determine the most effective and efficient training solutions for future Maintenance Operations.
• DFW residence not required. Paid travel to/from DFW to support this effort.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide insight into MQ-1C Gray Eagle maintenance training needs and processes
• Provide inputs regarding training solutions based on end-user needs
• Analyze various training options for efficiency and effectiveness reasons
• Attend customer meetings to help translate end-user needs to training development.Identify potential training requirements associated with future aircraft updates with a focus on maintenance operations.
• Identify training techniques primarily focused on maintenance duties and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Current or former MQ-1C Maintenance Professional
• In-depth knowledge of MQ-1C Maintenance procedures and operations
• Good writing skills
• Capable of producing documents using MS Office Suite
