Position Summary
As a member of BGI’s team, you will directly support MQ-1/9 simulation and support operations at Creech A.F.B. in Nevada. In support of this effort, BGI requires highly skilled personnel who will support all technical and non-technical elements of modeling and simulation, and synthetic training, as well as constructive training, exercise development and execution.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop MQ-1/9 simulator operator’s manuals and other user-oriented documentation in a manner and
language appropriate for the typical MQ-1/9 Pilot/Sensor Operator
Support and assist PMATS Users in PMATS Scenario Generation evolutions
Develop Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) and Test Plans
Execute internal and customer test events to include ATP performance, Quality Assessment, reporting,
and documenting
Provide SME representation at customer events
Document test results in change control and quality systems
Define MQ-1/9 simulator training requirements associated with aircraft updates and focused on
Pilot/Sensor Operations
Identify MQ-1/9 simulator training techniques with focus on Pilot/Sensor Operator duties
Support engineering personnel with information and advice on Pilot/Sensor Operator tactics and
techniques for real-world operations
Required Qualifications:
Security Clearance
Current or former MQ-1/9 Pilot or Sensor Operator
In-depth knowledge of one or both major versions: MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper
Four (4) years experience as an MQ-1/9 Pilot or Sensor Operator
Experience in training event planning, data collection and assessment, after action reporting, engaging
Senior Staff at the Director/Manager level, handling multiple priorities and interruptions with
minimal impact on productivity/deliverables
Good writing skills
