Position Summary
As a member of BGI’s team, you will directly support MQ-1/9 simulation and support operations at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. In support of this effort, BGI requires highly skilled personnel who will support all technical and non-technical elements of modeling and simulation, and synthetic training, as well as constructive training, exercise development and execution.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop MQ-1/9 simulator operator’s manuals and other user-oriented documentation in a manner and language appropriate for the typical MQ-1/9 Sensor Operator
Develop Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) and Test Plans
Support system testing to include ATP performance, Quality Assessment, reporting, and documenting
Define MQ-1/9 simulator training requirements associated with aircraft updates and focused on Sensor Operations
Identify MQ-1/9 simulator training techniques with focus on Sensor Operator duties and responsibilities
Support engineering personnel with information and advice on Sensor Operator tactics and techniques for real-world operations
Required Qualifications:
Security Clearance
Current or former MQ-1/9 Sensor Operator (within the last four years)
In-depth knowledge of one or both major versions: MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper
Four (4) years experience in MQ-1/9 Sensor Operator
Experience in training event planning, data collection and assessment, after action reporting, engaging Senior Staff at the Director/Manager level, handling multiple priorities and interruptions with minimal impact on productivity/deliverables
Good writing skills
