Position Summary

As a member of BGI’s team you will directly support the Predator Mission Aircrew Training System (PMATS) Training Services Support Center (TSSC) at Creech A.F.B. in Nevada.  In support of this effort, BGI requires highly skilled personnel who will support all technical and non-technical elements of modeling and simulation, and synthetic training, as well as constructive training, exercise development and execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• PMATS Change Management recommendations based on upcoming aircraft modifications with focus on Sensor Operator duties and responsibilities

• • Development of PMATS operator’s manuals and other user-oriented documentation in a manner and language appropriate for the typical PMATS Sensor Operator
  • Development of Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) and Test Plans
  • Test support including ATP Performance, Quality Assessment, reporting, and documenting
  • PMATS requirements definition associated with aircraft updates with focus on sensor operations
  • PMATS training techniques and requirements with focus on Sensor Operator duties and responsibilities
  • Support engineering personnel with information and advice on Sensor Operator tactics and techniques for real-world operations

Required Qualifications:

• Security Clearance
• Current (AFR or ANG) or former (USAF) combat rated PMATS Sensor Operator (within the last four years)
• In-depth knowledge of one or both major versions of PMATS variants: MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper
• Four (4) years experience in the following:
  • MQ-1/9 Sensor Operator
  • Training event planning
  • Data collection and assessment
  • After action reporting
  • Engaging Senior Staff at the Director/Manager level
  • Handling multiple priorities and interruptions with minimal impact on productivity/deliverables
  • Good writing skills
