Unit Deployment Manager – Contingent Upon Award of Contract
Overview
This Task Order supports Combat Air Forces (CAF) Command and Control, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) and Rescue squadrons in locations in Air Combat Command (ACC), USINDOPACOM and USEUCOM locations. C2ISR and Rescue Squadron Operations Support consist of seven major areas each with multiple tasks and subtasks. We support assigned active duty aircrew to fulfill requirements for achieving/maintaining aircraft mission qualification in their assigned weapon system by providing the expertise. The objective of this task order is to provide in-garrison active C2ISR and Rescue squadrons with functional support for typical additional duties assigned to squadron personnel, such as Scheduling, Non-Aviation Programs & Readiness, Training, Mobility, Stan/Eval, Information System Security Officer, and support for EFB managers.
Basic Duties
Prepare and process individuals for deployments/re-deployments to/from combat zones, exercises, and other locations based on U.S. Government, DoD, AF, COCOM, and any other applicable guidance
Coordinate and schedule required pre-departure training with the deploying personnel, their supervisor, and DOS. The UDM will need access to the Automated Civil Engineering System (ACES) and the Security Forces Management Information System (SFMIS) for scheduling pre-deployment training
Make recommendations to the squadron resource advisor to procure deployment equipment specified by organizations. Maintain this equipment, and distribute individual equipment for deploying personnel utilizing current host base and AFI guidance
Prepare and submit a list of requirements for purchase to squadron leadership in support of mobility/UDM requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education/Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a squadron-level or higher mobility office
Other Requirements
Must pass drug testing
U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED. Must be able to attain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Required travel with notice or on short notice
