Are Article 15’s Disqualifying If it was received in tech school with the remaining enlistment otherwise being completely normal?

Any chance for an age waiver? I turned 34 recently. I have no flying experience but have a b.s. and m.s. in an engineering field and am a licensed professional engineer in multiple states.
